2024 is an excellent vintage for a powerful and textured white wine. The nose opens with concentrated stone fruit – think white nectarine and white peach – laced with delicate jasmine and magnolia florals. A distinctive ocean-spray character immediately adds complexity and freshness. The palate is textured and mouth-filling, yet poised, with succulent stone fruit and grapefruit spritz coming through. The weight is beautifully balanced by vibrant acidity, carrying the flavours through to a long, persistent finish. A refined, terroir-driven Cape white blend and among the most compelling examples currently being made in South Africa.
